I’m Toni Tilston-Jones, and I run Resurgence Consulting & Counselling here in Winnipeg. Resurgence is all about helping people and organizations grow, heal, and move toward the future they truly want. Resurgence was born from my passion for healing—on every level: personal, organizational, and community. Everything we do is grounded in equity, social justice, and love.

We also know that power dynamics shape our lives and our work. That’s why we focus on decolonial/anti-colonial/anti-oppressive processes and outcomes. We work with “power to” and “power with” approaches. These are ways of working that lift people up and build connection. Our process reflects the outcomes we want to see in the world.
